How to prepare White Tea
To prepare White Tea- start by heating water in a tea kettle, just short of boiling.
Next, take two tablespoons of White Tea leaves, and place them in a pot.
Then, add the boiled water to it.
Steep the tea for between 1-5 minutes, as per your liking.
Pour the tea into a cup using a strainer, to filter out the tea leaves.

However, white tea may be just as effective when it comes to burning fat.

Both teas have similar levels of caffeine and catechins like epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a compound in green tea linked to burning fat.
